Holy Waste is the brainchild of two very passionate (about environmental issues) women from Hyderabad, Maya and Minal. The heart of the initiative lies in giving floral waste a second life, preventing it from ending up in our water bodies. The organization is committed to employing locals, specifically women to create their range of handcrafted products. 

The packaging for their pilot products - incense sticks and soaps were created around the flower icon in the logo. The underlying grid allows for more patterns to be created giving the organization flexibility to launch new fragrances/ ingredients. The colour palette is inspired from the age old tradition of Kolams that are often drawn on cow-dung cured floors.
